First Lady Elder Colette King
Lady Colette Killins King was born to the parentage of the late Bro. Eugene and Sis. Dorothy Killins. She is the youngest of three children and was raised in Riviera Beach, Florida. She was educated in the Palm Beach County School system. Lady Colette moved to Pinellas County approximately eleven years ago, where she later met and married Elder Oliver King. The Lord has truly enriched their lives and allowed them to jointly parent five children.
At an early age, Lady Colette learned about the love of Christ and accepted Him as her personal Savior. She was taught the importance of becoming a faithful servant. She has served in various ministries in the following capacities: Sunday School Secretary and Teacher, Praise and Worship Leader, Choir and Usher Board member. In December 2007, under the pastorate of Elder Benjamin Adams Jr., God called her to become the first female minister ordained in St. John Primitive Baptist Church history.
God has place a special love in her heart for His people, and has blessed her to become an Elder and Elect Lady of Restoration Ministries of Largo. She believes it is an honor and privilege to serve the Lord with gladness!
